If Tricare feels confusing, this guide breaks it down into clear, actionable steps so you can understand your options and move forward with confidence.

How to use Tricare to pay for your appointments, extensive lab work, and possibly hormones themselves. This guide walks you through how to find your provider, that will optimize your health hormones, and additional therapies included.

This guide walks you through how to find the best providers who do alternative treatments and body work and accept Tricare. We walk through how to find both participating providers and providers that are eligible for reimbursement. And outline the many type of alternative treatments that can be paid for by Tricare.

This guide shares the information you need to know from Tricare’s numerous websites and manuals, plus my 6 years of experience, to file for reimbursement…and get a check in the mail the first time… to care received from the providers who “don’t work with insurance”. They don’t, but you do! This is the exact way I get thousands back for care that people told me could never be covered.
